I have extensive experience in all aspects of counselling having set up a successfully established practice some 17 years ago. I receive referrals from Local hospitals, Education department, Local shcools, GP referrals, County-Hall Remploy, Social services Departments in Swansea and Bridgend, Education Department, Self referrals.Swansea Cardiff and Bristol.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

Diploma qualified my initial training was in Psychodynamic, Person centered,Holistic and Theraputic which is the core of my theoretical orientation.
Studying with the London CSCT Central school of counselling and therapy.

Since then I have specialised and studied extensively in Addiction issues, Couple counselling, Childhood issues, Depression, Gestalt therapy, CBT, Bereavment and loss,Stress Managment Play Therapy, Work conflict, Family therapy Group work and Self Development.

Voluntary work with Women's aid and Marriage /couple counselling.
