Profile

I'm a BACP accredited counsellor based in Oundle with 14 years experience. I work with individuals and couples who are going through different types of emotional difficulties. My main way of working is relational; this means I use the therapeutic relationship to help clients understand issues and relationships from the past that may be having an impact on current behaviour; so I generally work medium to long term rather than short term. 

I'm also a COSRT accredited psychosexual therapist - this means I can help couples and individuals who are experiencing sexual problems or those who may have specific sexual dysfunctions. I also work with people who have developed out of control compulsive sexual behaviours.

I see clients on Tuesdays and Thursdays. My sessions last for one hour
£45 for individuals
£50 for couples and psychosexual therapy
£60 for sexual addiction

Further Information

I am a programme leader for Matrix College of Counselling and Psychotherapy, based in Norwich and Ipswich. I teach on their BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling.

I also develop and run training workshops for other organisations and counsellors.

I run a five month sexual addiction recovery programme for men once a year.
