I offer a humanistic and personal service, through which you can explore in confidence the issues that are causing you distress. Through our process you will have the opportunity to focus on your needs, and grow in awareness of yourself and your relationships with others. I have over twenty years of experience as a therapist, and have worked successfully with many individuals, and couples. I offer group therapy and find this an extremely beneficial experience for all, as it provides both a supportive environment and an opportunity to expand your self awareness.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist, and a member of the BACP. I have many years of experience working therapeutically with individuals, couples and groups, from my peaceful, private practice close to Rutland Water.
I am a qualified Transactional Analyst (CTA), and have a Masters degree in psychotherapy (MSc)
I also offer training and supervision, and I am a PTSTA in the field of Transactional Analysis.

Fees
I charge £45/hour for individual and couple therapy
My group rate vary according to the length of the sessions, and currently they are:
£65 for day, 10am-4pm (Maximum membership of 6)
£70 for a day 10am-6pm (maximum membership of 6)
