I offer counselling and psychotherapy for couples and individuals.
My practice is in the centre of Abingdon, easily accessible from town-centre bus-stops or car-parks.
The main focus of my professional practice is on the centrality of the therapeutic relationship as the means for understanding and changing unhelpful patterns of relating which have led to psychological distress.
Please note, I am currently winding down my practice towards retirement, and unable to take on any new clients unless for definitely short term, time-limited work.
