I have been offering psychotherapy and counselling for fifteen years to people experiencing a wide range of difficulties and offer appointments during both the day and the evening. I am conveniently located 5 minutes walk from South Kensington Station (Circle, District and Picaddilly lines).
I am trained psychodynamically and also in Cognitive Analytic Therapy. This is a time-limited psychotherapy in which the therapist and the client work openly together to makes links between the client's past and their present, identify and understand current patterns of feeling, thinking and acting which are causing distress or difficulty, and find different ways of going forward (see www.acat.me.uk for more information). I also work short-term or long-term according to a client's needs.
