As an experienced counsellor I aim to provide a safe and warm environment where you feel you are able to open up without fear of judgement or criticism and we can work together for effective change and an enhanced well-being. I am very passionate and enthusiastic about my job and feel that I have the best job in the world.
I have vast experience of working with young children, adolescents and adults with varying difficulties and back grounds. A free half hour consultation is offered to all clients.

I have a unique approach to helping people with anger issues with an excellent success rate. The approach I offer is different to traditional types of anger management used, and many of my clients who initially felt that change was not possible have succeeded in being able to use anger in a positive and respectful way.
I am committed to providing a professional service for people seeking therapy, to an excellent standard. I work with many different approaches however my main aim is to work around you as an individual and work in a way that suits you and your needs.
