My aim is to provide an empathic and supportive service. I help clients to a better understanding and management of their issues facilitating their growth and potential in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space.
I am a qualified counsellor (BACP Accredited) working in private practise for over 18 years years in supporting people with the difficulties they are experiencing. Many of us have stages in our lives where we need some help and these can be related to depression, addiction, anger, self esteem, relationships, guilt, shame, loss (of any kind) and family problems. The feelings that arise at these times can be hard to manage on our own. This is where counselling can help provide some insight leading to a better understanding and acceptance of ourselves.
I work from my home in South West London and available for daytime and evening sessions. I can also offer online sessions for my clients.
In the first two sessions your requirements are assessed and we discuss how best to manage them. It is important that you, the client, feel comfortable working with me and these two sessions give you that opportunity. We also discuss how you would like to proceed in terms of the number of sessions with a review in the interim.
