26 Tongdean Lane
I am a Senior Accredited BACP Counsellor and Senior Accredited BACP Supervisor.
I have been a therapist in Brighton for over 21 years and have a solid reputation working with individuals, couples and relationships, with either brief, focused work, or longer-term therapy.
My therapy rooms are opposite Withdean Stadium and there is free local parking. Appointments are available through the day Monday to Friday, including early morning & late evening.
Most often, my work is divided almost equally between counselling couples, counselling individuals and supervising other therapists.
My background includes working for 13 years in the Adult Psychology Department in the NHS, Brighton and training with Relate for my couple work.
I supervise the counselling work of other individual therapists and organizations, including a local hospice, and facilitate groups for organizations, including schools.
I am an Approved Adoption Counsellor*, working with Adoptees, Adopted Parents and Birth Parents within a range of complex and sensitive areas.
