Hello, I'm Pauline and I've been a counsellor for 13 years.

I have over ten years experience in the NHS as a counsellor and supervisor and I now offer online counselling as well as sessions on the Isle of Skye.
I have experience of working with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, bereavement, anger management, relationship problems and work related issues.

Problems can seem overwhelming at times and counselling can often help you find answers. A bit like climbing a mountain, hard at first, but then its gets easier the more you go on and gain strength and determination to get to the top!

Counselling online can be a highly effective and practical alternative to face to face counselling. You can choose to have counselling by e mail, or have a "live" session. Your privacy is protected by using encryption and a secure e mail web site. Don't worry if you are not familiar with some of these things, I will guide you through the technology.

Some people prefer to have the convenience of working online. You may have commitments that make it difficult to get to regular sessions, or you may just prefer the anonymity that the internet offers. Whether online or face to face, I aim to work in a non-judgemental and open way to help you move forward positively in life. I see my role as a therapist to be alongside you on your journey and I will not judge you nor advise you.

I also offer clinical supervision to trainee counsellors and qualified counsellors.
