Profile

I am an experienced, fully qualified counsellor, offering counselling to adult individuals and young adults, EAP's and the elderly. I offer long or short term focused work, using Person Centred, Gestalt, TA, Pyschosynthesis, Systemic and EMDR models.

I am an accredited member of the BACP and UKRPC and I work within their ethical framework.

I offer a peaceful, secure and confidential environment to explore your thoughts and feelings.

If you feel, or have felt, stuck, depressed, anxious, suffered a bereavement, stressed, angry, no sense of purpose, counselling can offer you non-judgemental, unbiased support, whilst working towards growth and gaining personal insight into behavioural patterns and coping mechanisms.

I have experience working with sexual and mental abuse, depression, anxiety, shame, worthlessness, drug and alcohol abuse, retirement, loss, trauma, self harm, low self esteem and many more issues clients face.
