I am an experienced, fully qualified counsellor, offering counselling to individuals and couples with a long or short term focus. I offer a peaceful, secure and confidential environment to explore your thoughts and feelings. I believe that my role as a counsellor is to hold the latern on your journey towards self-understanding and growth. If you feel, or have felt, stuck, stressed, angry, depressed, no sense of purpose, counselling can offer you spport to explore ways you can grow, change and work towards achieving your full potential.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I hold an Advanced Diploma In Humanistic Counselling. I am a member of the BACP.
I have worked with full time carers.
I worked for CRI.
I am in placement with Relate.
I have a private practice.
