Maybe you are feeling alone, low, anxious and under pressure, unable to cope or struggling with relationships or low self esteem? Perhaps you feel ‘stuck’ and are unsure about your life?

I offer a safe, supportive and caring space where you can express your feelings freely in confidence, and be listened to with empathy, without being judged.

I will work alongside you, without giving advice, as you explore your difficulties, and work through the possibilities. I acknowledge how difficult it can be to make that first move and decide to make an appointment. If you would like any more information or you would like to make an appointment, please contact me. I can offer daytime, evening, and Saturday morning appointments.

I am a qualified and experienced BACP registered Person-centred counsellor working from The Cottage Therapy Centre in Kenilworth.

As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I am committed to their Ethical Framework for Good Practice.

I work with individuals both short and long term. I work in private practice as a counsellor and supervisor, volunteer for Myton hospice and Safeline, and I have experience of working as a school counsellor. I bring many years of personal and professional experience to my work.

I work from the Cottage Therapy Centre in Kenilworth which has parking nearby and access for people with physical disabilities. It is very convenient for Coventry, Balsall Common, Leamington and Warwick.
