I have a BA( Hons) degree, and have five years experience as a counsellor. I can work within a non judge-mental way and have respect and diversity for each individuals needs. I work within the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy ethical guidelines.
I provide a confidential service that can enhance the well-being of anyone. This is a safe place to explore issues, concerns and importantly to be listened too.
There are certain stresses and strains that we all experience, but what can cause distress is how we have learned to deal with them.
I believe different therapies help different people. I would like to help anyone I meet so I can work with Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Reiki. These therapies are all a different approach but all work on helping people, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Reiki/Counselling can help you feel whole. Do you think part of you is missing/lost? Treat your mind body and spirit, indulge on what may be necessary to help any blockages and realign your chakras. Become self-aware and address any issues that are holding you back. Develop healthy ways to help discover your full potential.
I believe that there are many things that help your own development such as; books, cd’s, dvd’s, crystals, oils which I can provide at my shop at a low cost.
Whilst working empathically with you, and helping you to discover a wider perspective, this enables you to learn new ways of expressing, coping and living a happier life! I work with anyone who can be struggling with emotional problems such as; abuse, anxiety, anger, bereavement, depression, relationships, self-esteem, stress and trauma.
