About me

I offer psychotherapy and supervision in Bath city centre.  I have experience of working with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, bereavement, stress, eating disorders, OCD and more.

It is my belief that even the most difficult times can hold opportunities for new beginnings and ways of being, which can lead to a more positive way forward. I aim to support you and to help you overcome the difficulties you are facing.

I have trained in a number of different approaches so that I can adapt my way of working to what would most suit you. I aim to meet all my clients with warmth and understanding.I have been in private practice for 15 years. Previously I worked in St Augustine's Medical Practice in Keynsham and Saltford. I have also worked as a supervisor for Cruse Swindon.
