I know that coming to see a counsellor can feel daunting, so I offer a free consultation either on the phone or face to face to see if you would like to work with me.
I can work either short or long term with you. Short term in a very solution focussed way maybe with a specific issue or longer term dealing with more complex issues.
My style as a counsellor is called "integrative" in the text books - which means in reality that I draw upon different styles and approaches to meet your specific needs.
My background before counselling was in retail, having my own business and as a HR Director. I have worked as a Occupational Health Counsellor and now teach counselling to Diploma students as well as seeing clients privately.
