Profile

I am a qualified, accredited and professional counsellor working in Winchmore Hill near Enfield, North London.

I work with individuals and couples primarily in a Person Centred way integrating Psychodynamic and CBT approaches as appropriate. I aim to help clients express and understand their feelings, understand themselves and their relationships more and make choices in their lives. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space to explore these feelings and to help clients build their self esteem and confidence.

Fees

Counselling:
£40 per hourly session for individuals
£50 per hourly session for couples
A limited number of reduced fee places are available for those on a low income or benefits.

Further Information

As well as my counselling qualification and experience, I have a background in education, with extensive experience of working with children under five and their families. I have senior management experience in this area as well and have counselled those affected by work related stress.

I have undertaken further training in adoption counselling through Barnado's Adoption Agency and can provide counselling to those affected by adoption, including birth mothers, those adopted or who have adopted.

I have also been trained to give counselling to those affected by cancer.
