I embrace the Person-Centred philosophy, striving to create a confidential safe environment in which we can explore your world and maybe identify changes you could make. If you are confused or unhappy about yourself or some aspects of your life, do think about contacting me for an informal chat or meeting with me for an assessment session to experience how I work as a counsellor.I have a flexible diary which includes appointments during the day and evening.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have more than 30 years experience working with emotional issues and eating distress and have been offering a general private practice for 12 years.

I have B.A. (Hons.) in Person-Centred Counselling and am a BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) Senior Accredited Counsellor and Supervisor of Individual counsellors.

I also have a Certificate in Person-Centred Supervision and a Certificate in Person-Centred Art Therapy.

Fees

A brief first meeting is free of charge, after which the cost is £45 per one hour. My fee may be negotiable, please ask me if the cost would cause difficulties for you.

Further Information

I am a BACP Accredited Supervisor (Individuals) offering supervision, a regular consultative support, for other counsellors and professional colleagues.
