Profile
There are many different reasons why people may wish to seek counselling or psychotherapy, however some of the more common ones are:
* Losing your spark or motivation in life
* Relationship issues & family problems
* Work related stress, bullying and career changes
* Depression, feeling low or melancholy
* Stress, anxiety and panic
* Issues with sex, sexuality & coming out
* Dealing with homophobia and/or transphobia
* Health problems, illness
* Childhood traumas re-emerging
* Trauma, post traumatic stress
* Bereavement, loss and grief
Although the keys for healing are all found within ourselves, sometimes it is hard to search for these alone. Exploring our ways of being in the world, our history and patterns of behaviour with a therapist can be a useful way of searching for clarity. Traumatic events and loss in its various forms can affect us all in profoundly different ways. Being able to speak about your experiences in a confidential, therapeutic space where you can receive appropriate support can be vital for the healing process.
I work with a wide range of issues including relationships and other family problems, couples counselling, stress, anxiety, low self esteem, lack of confidence, childhood trauma, abuse, depression, loneliness, career and/or problems at work, sexuality, 'coming out', dealing with homophobia, culture shock and migration issues, health, loss, bereavement and grief as well as search for meaning in life.

Further Information
Give me a call to arrange an initial consultation and assessment session
Or visit my website at:
www.integrative-psychotherapy.eu
Although arranging and coming to the first session can be daunting, my clients all report that by the time they leave they feel a deep sense of relief and the sense that "a weight has been lifted from their minds"
The assessment session gives us an opportunity to discuss your needs and establish if we would like to work together and what kind of counselling or psychotherapy would be most suitable for you. Referrals can also be made to other specialists if that seems more appropriate.
Psychotherapy sessions last 50 minutes, however, if appropriate I can arrange longer sessions of 90 minutes commensurate with the standard hourly fee.
Generally I would see clients on a weekly basis; however more frequent or fortnightly/monthly appointments can also be negotiated.
