For most of us there are times in our lives when we require support. There are many reasons why people seek counselling.

You may be feeling upset or anxious.
You may have problems with your behaviour, thoughts and feelings.
You may feel that you have no direction or that your life is meaningless.
You may be facing an important decision which is difficult to make.
You may be finding elements of your life too stressful to cope with.

About Me
I have been working within the NHS in GP surgeries for the past twelve years and in private practice for ten years. Trained in the Psychodynamic tradition, I offer both long and short term work, incorporating when necessary other models, such as CBT.

Counselling gives you the chance to explore your difficulties with someone who is trained neither to judge nor advise you, but rather to help clarify your problems and help you to find the resources within yourself to resolve them.

The aim of counselling is to help you understand the way you relate to others, to see things more clearly and to make positive changes in your life.

I have a special affinity with musicians and performing artists.

Westminster Pastoral Foundation Agency Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling.

12 years experience G.P Surgery work.
