Counselling for individuals, couples and families.
Couple counselling, anger management, addiction(s), depression, anxiety, assertiveness, relationship issues, low self-esteem, stress, self-confidence and OCD are amongst the many issues that I work with using an Integrative Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approach with Mindfulness practice.
I'm interested in people and love working with those that are willing to look at themselves, learn new skills, adopt new perspectives on life and take responsibility.
I offer an eclectic mix of counselling, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy for people that want calm, happiness, clarity and strength. I will work with you towards understandings about yourself and others and help you create the life you want for yourself in a positive supportive way.

I work within the Joseph Clinic, established over 40 years ago by Dr Eftekhari.
