I am a qualified Counsellor & Psychotherapist with 12 years experience. I work short-term and long-term with individuals and couples. Daytime & evenings. I am particularly interested in working with Relationship, Depression and Trauma issues.

My Practice is situationed in a quiet street in a residential area.  Parking restrictions unill 6.30pm but there are lots of pay parking bays nearby. There are many transport links - six buses within a 5 min walk [21, 73, 341, 141, 476, 236], and the nearest Overground Dalston Kingsland is a 5min walk.  Underground Highbury & Islington.

Until recently I co-managed a counselling & psychotherapy service within a voluntary health centre based in Camden Town for six years . Here I worked with a range of issues and clients including Sure Start mothers with young babies, as well as people dealing with abuse and mental health issues.

Prior to training as a Counsellor I worked for 21years as a Photographer, therefore I am happy to work with visual imagery and/or art therapy in my practice.

Post-grad Psychotherapy training at CAPP (Centre for Attachment-based Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy) at The John Bowlby Centre, London. 2004-2008. Qualified 2008. Reg member of the Bowlby Centre, July 2009.

Fees

I charge between £45-60 per session for individuals, depending on your circumstances. I charge £75-80 for Couples. I have a small number of low-cost places @£30, daytime only.
