Hello, my name is Edwina and I am a Humanistic Person Centred counsellor and psychotherapist based in Nottingham. 

I aim to provide a supportive, non-judging, confidential environment where you can talk safely about your difficulties. Together we can explore issues you deem important to you in order to improve your quality of life.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have completed a four years study to MSc level in Humanistic Person Centred Psychotherapy at Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute. 

In the last 4 years I have worked as a psychotherapist in a Nottingham Hospital and in private practice in the Wollaton area. I also have experience of working with young people in an educational setting.

I am an organisational member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their ethical frameworks. I am in regular supervision with a UKCP registered supervisor.

£30 initial assessment and thereafter sliding scale of £30 - £40 per session, decided by the client.

My practice is based in Wollaton, easily accessible by car or bus and is 4 miles from the city centre, 5 miles from Beeston, 7 miles from Long Eaton and 4 miles from Clifton.
