Are you depressed, angry, suffering with anxiety and wondering how you can carry on? Do you have relationship issues, or have you been bereaved? Maybe you are feeling low, depressed and cannot fully understand why?
Today, we live in a fast-paced, non-stop society where we are constantly looking at our phones and computers. When do you have the space just to be? When do you truly have the time to understand and reflect on what you need?
I offer a supportive, confidential, caring and professional counselling service in Braintree, Essex. Where else in your life can you be listened to unconditionally and without judgement? This may be the time for you to help yourself and invest in your future health. In life a person can tend to put their emotional needs last, but if you are depressed and unable to cope, it affects all areas of your life affecting work and relationships.
What are the goals you are chasing and what would make you happy in life?
What is it you need for your life to be anxiety free? The best way to decide if therapy is for you is to get in touch now and arrange an initial session.
