Profile

Counselling provides a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space where you can explore the areas of your life that are causing you distress.
There may be times where you feel confused or overwhelmed by your feelings and counselling can help you gain an insight and understanding of yourself and your difficulties.

My background experience includes working in Mental Health, and as a Special Constable, this has given me a deeper insight to other's distress.

I now work as a Person-Centred Counsellor and I am a member of BACP and I work with both Adults, Adolescents and Couples for both short -term and long-term therapy.

As well as my private work, I also have experience working in GP practice and I currently work in secondary schools providing counselling for adolescents.

I am based in Kilwinning which has good rail and road links from all over Ayrshire, Renfrewshire and Glasgow.

I can offer Daytime and Evening appointments to suit.
