Profile
- I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist with an MSc in Integrative psychotherapy and a fully qualified counsellor and a member of the BACP.
- I also am an Accredited EMDR Practitioner and work with clients who have had acute and chronic traumatic experiences.
- I see clients for both longterm and shorterm work Monday-Friday.
- I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space, in which you can have an opportunity to reflect upon past and present issues which may be blocking your ability to deal with your daily life.
- I hope that I offer both compassion and humour as well as a creative space in which you will feel enabled and enpowered to reach out beyond yourself to become who you actually are and live a more meaningful life.

- During the initial assessment session, we will discuss the Terms and Conditions related to our therapeutic relationship.
- If possible it is preferable to have the same day and time slot each week as it offers a degree of consistency and containment to many clients, and the therapist too!
- Some clients have to work irregular hours and that is taken into account and a variable appointment system is therefore offered.
