I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. I trained at Metanoia Institute and work with individuals and couples. I am UKCP registered and have a private practice in Twickenham. I offer brief and long term therapy to suit individual needs. I provide a confidential and supportive environment facilitating people to explore, gain insight and understanding to their problems.

I have worked in the Primary Care Trust for five years offering brief counselling to individuals experiencing a wide range of problems. I have run psychotherapy groups. I have also worked in the field of addictions offering psychotherapy.
