COUNSELLING - PSYCHOTHERAPY & SUPERVISION. MBACP.
As a highly qualified registered counsellor with 18 years experience. I offer a very supportive and caring  approach for your well being; working with a wide range of emotional issues: bereavement, loss, & traumatic grief; couples counselling; anger management, stress, anxiety &  panic attacks, family problems, marriage & relationship issues, postnatal depression, trauma & sexual abuse, low self confidence & esteem, self harm; personal development & lifestyle issues, employment related stress.

Sessions are normally for one hour, but I if you'd  prefer - I offer a relaxed initial half hour introductory session for individual clients or couples for you to see how we could work together, this can be helpful and reassuring for you if you are new to the counselling process.

I also provide individual & group Supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors & psychotherapists, my approach is Integrative.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

18 years experience in Counselling & Psychotherapy.

Accredited Bereavement Counsellor; Post Graduate Certificate in Therapeutic Counselling. MBACP.Counselling & Psychotherapy Diploma CPCAB Supervision Cert.  Member ITA.& ICG. Life Coaching Dip CG. Currently undertaking a Masters (MA) in Humanistic Counselling.

Registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and adhere to the Association's Standards and Ethics.

Using an integrative approach I am qualified to offer work with Humanistic Person Centred, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis (T.A.) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Behavioural & Psychodynamic approaches.

Initial 1st session assessment £15 (for half hour)
One hour individual sessions £30 per session
Couple counselling £40 per hour (per couple)
