Profile
I am an experienced counsellor and also supervise, especially trainee counsellors and those on diploma courses. I am accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have also trained as a Life Coach. I have training and expertise in, amongst others, addictions, bereavement, family relationships, anxiety and depression and have worked with people of all ages and backgrounds. I work with couples as well as with individuals and work in an eclectic way, suiting my method of working according to the individual. I also use Cogitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for clients who would benefit from this approach.

£35 hourly for individuals ( half hour free introductory session)
