Hello, I am a Chartered Psychologist with 17 yrs experience. I work with adults, children & families and using CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy), coaching skills and advice. I also use EMDR (eye movement desensitisation & recoding) - used to treat stress-related disorders including PTSD, phobias and single-event traumas. I help clients understand problems and move towards finding acceptance and where possible, solution/s. Clients can be seen at clinic, at home or at school. I also give email, telephone and SKYPE sessions, but prefer at least one face-to-face meeting first.

Assessment = £95 per hour
CBT full session/single = £90 (50 mins)
CBT full session/couple = £110 (50 mins)
CBT short session = £70 (35 mins)*

EMDR assessment = £125

EMDR session =  £120

email session = £60 (up to x2 email; max 350 words/mail)
telephone counselling = £55 per 35-min call
SKYPE session = £78 per 45-min Skype

* short sessions: ideal for children or clients with reduced concentration. Reduced fees for unemployed, students, 65+ yr.

Further Information

- I see clients in Wiltshire, Somerset & Dorset for 1-to-1 assessment and CBT sessions and I also offer sessions via email, telephone and SKYPE. Living in the SP3 area, I am happy to travel to see clients in the Salisbury, Shaftesbury, Warminster, Frome, Amesbury, Gillingham & Mere area.
