Counselling is as informal as possible, and the focus is on creating immediate help that is easily understandable and sensible.
I respect all religious beliefs and do not seek to change anyone's belief. My own outlook is spiritual but not religious.
I believe that our lives are enriched by bringing the rational intellect of the conscious mind into balance with the more imaginative and intuitional side in our subconscious. We need both. This is simpler than it sounds.
