Profile

I am a BACP registered Counsellor/Psychotherapist providing a professional, confidential and safe counselling and psychotherapy service for individuals and couples in Aberdeen city and Aberdeenshire.
I work in the Person Centred approach can be distinguished by respectfully attending to many aspects of experience include cognitive, emotional and behavioural concerns.
I also provide supervision to counsellors.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and a Certificate in Counselling Skills from the University of Strathclyde. I also hold a BSc (hons,1st) in Psychology.

I hold a certificate in Person Centred Supervision from PCT Scotland.

My experience includes helping clients with a range of personal and relationship issues that are causing difficulties in their lives. In addition to my private practice I work for a number of Employee Assistance Providers. I have also worked in GP settings, student Counselling and with voluntary organisations.

I offer daytime and evening appointments and charge £40 per 1 hour session for individual counselling and £45 for couples.
