Hi my name is Jan. I am an experienced integrative counsellor offering one to one counselling. I offer a safe and warm environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. I have experience of a wide range of issues from loss to abuse and eating disorders ranging from anorexia, binge eating to obesity.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I am a NCFED trained Eating Disorder Counsellor, with many years experience specialising in loss and abuse.
I use the NCFED approved way of working which includes CBT and working integratively, both of which have good success rates.
I am also trained in the Beyond Chocolate Principles
I have a diploma in Integrative Counselling, certificate CBT skills, together with an eating disorder Diploma.
I am also a trainee supervisor and offer supervision whilst training at a reduced rate.
I am also a member of the BACP.

£40 per hour. Discounts for elderly and unemployed or low income with proof. Low rates also for trainee counsellors.

Although I am based in Rainham, I also have rooms in Harold Wood, Ilford and Grays and work from the Sanctuary in Upminster.
