About me

I offer counselling for depression and anxiety, whatever the cause. I am also a qualified couples counsellor, working with couples staying together or splitting up. I work on Bridge Street and Deansgate in central Manchester, and also in Altrincham, close to Tesco.

Counselling is available daytime & evening.

I welcome people of all races, cultures, ages and sexual orientation.

You can pay using card, cash or cheque at the end of each session.

I use an integrative approach based on a Person Centred core and drawing on Psychodynamic and Systemic theories and on Transactional Analysis (TA).
