Profile
Elimininate the symptoms and the cause of anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, relationship problems etc. This is possible and is the goal of neurolinguistic Psychotherapy. To deal with what is preventing you from living your life to the full as quickly and easily as possible.
This is what makes the difference between being aware of your problem and just learning to cope and being free to live your life to the full. It is the difference between treating your synmptoms with medication and being happy.
This does not involve hours of painful analysis. NLP has many ways of finding out how your symptoms arise and what stops you from being the way you really want to be. It will help you clarify what you would like your life to be like. It can help you find and achieve your dreams and ambitions.
NLP Psychotherapy is classed a brief therapy. I use all of the skills that I have available to me to achieve the result that you want as quickly as possible. Because of this focus on the solution rather than the problem, NLP has a superb record of dealing with a range of issues very quickly. Clients are often amazed that a problem that has been with them for many years can suddenly evaporate; often in a few sessions.
My therapy sessions are conducted in comfortable surroundings in north Leeds where you will feel safe and secure to deal with the issues that are important to you.
Please feel free to call to discuss your situation; this will give you a chance to answer any questions you may have so that you can feel comfortable witht he way I work and see how it will benfit you.
I also offer video sessions over the internet, allowing those with a computer and wedcam link to receive face to face therapy, were ever they are.

Fees
I do not believe therapy can be conducted strictly to the clock, and it is often not beneficial to end therapy exactly on the hour just because time is up.
Because of this I base my fees are on a per session basis. A session will normally be between 1 hour and 90 minutes to allow clients to complete and explore any changes that may be taking place. A session costs £50
Choosing a therapist can be difficult. To help you in this process, you may book an initial half hour discussion free of charge. This will help you decide if this is the right treatment for you, before making any firm decisions. When making an appointmnet please state if you wish to have an initial meeting.
Reduced rates are available for those on low incomes and unemployed on GP referral.
