My name is Annis Booker and I am a therapist working in Enfield, north London and Harley Street, Central London. I provide counselling and psychotherapy in a secure and confidential environment for adults.
I work on the basic principle that your past can have an effect on your present and on your future. I believe therapy is a working relationship in which i work with you for an agreed period of time exploring your thoughts and feelings, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and live it more fully.

Further Information

Prior to training as a psychotherapist I worked as an occupational therapist within the mental health sector of the NHS.

Currently I provide therapy and counselling at a north london Sure Start Centre as well as the mental Health charity Mind.
