I am a private counsellor/psychological therapist. I offer counselling to a wide range of issues; emotional, psychological, relationship issues.

I work with both adults and children. Individual one-to-one work and group work.

I have worked with many different issues life presents, such as, anxiety and depression, trauma, childhood abuse. Loss and bearevement. Abuse and Relationship breakdown. Low esteem/body image and lack of motivation. Personal development and coaching.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

Trained to Post Grad Diploma level in Counselling and Psychotherapy with 8 years private practice experience. Currently in advanced MSc Gestalt Pychotherapy training towards UKCP registration.
I have experiencein GP Surgeries as a counsellor and in NHS secondary care as a specialist psychotherapist.

Further Information

I also provide private Creative Arts Therapies including Dance Movement Psychotherapy for adults and children. Additionally, with people suffering from a Learning Disability.
