Getting a grip on managing anger caused by frustration, disappointment & disillusion as well as dealing with those relationship issues and related anxieties I incorporate appropriate counselling techniques in addition to more independent methods and techniques of coaching. This strategy may be appropriate for individuals- and couple counselling as well as in a work setting within a corporate environment.

I am a counsellor who incorporates mentoring- and coaching techniques to evaluate for example stagnation within career development using specific career counselling approaches for general- as well as private and personal relationship issues within this spectrum. I am a strong believer that a persons career development and working live is intrinsically linked to the more intimate and personal relationships in his or her private life. Action and reaction as well as cause and effect play a great part in everyones life

I advocate that a person's progression and positive working life are intrinsically linked to a more intimate and overall personal feeling of wellbeing. Coaching, combined with hypnotherapy benefits the client’s immediate focus, enhances their concentration and accelerates their motivation in aspects such as personal goal setting. A number of those goals are weight management, habit alterations e.g. stop smoking, stop nail biting, stress, insomnia and overall mental and physical wellbeing whilst others are primarily career related.

The German Language does not present a problem since.......she grew up in Germany but has been living, studying and working in London for some time and loves the British way of life.

Prior to launching her current venture; Roz worked with numerous blue chip finance companies during her career in the City of London. She has also been an integral part of the development, growth and profitability of an American Private Investor franchise branch. This is a highly successful private investment company which is located in West London. Her overall career and continuous professional development has taken her to some very interesting and fascinating places with some revealing insights and lasting changes which she is happy to share with you.

A keen jogger, avid horseback rider and dog agility trainer, Roz has a passion for living life fully. Roz resides in one of the prettiest suburbs of London, England with her husband and Jett, the dog - surrounded by fantastic Parks and open spaces.
