Counselling offers you dedicated time to explore your issues in a safe and holding environment. I work sensitively and in a way that is tailored to suit your specific needs, this is achieved by working on an integrative basis where I use various styles of therapy to meet my clients' needs.

I have been a qualified counsellor for 12 years and offer both short or open ended therapy. My experience includes:

* Private practice in Ringwood and Christchurch.
* Supporting local schools by providing dedicated counselling services to young people
* Counselling clients for a Community Counselling Service
* Counselling clients in a GP Practice
* Counselling clients affected by addictions in an Assisted Housing Setting
* Counselling individuals affected by redundancy for corporate clients

I have introduced the Emotional Freedom Technique into my practice following success with clients presenting with issues relating to anxiety, fears and phobias.
