Profile
Thinking about trying counselling? Counselling can be a very supportive and positive experience for anyone wanting to talk through problems and concerns.
I have almost ten years experience of offering counselling to men and women (14+ years old) with a variety of concerns or who are looking to improve their lives. My aim is to provide a safe and welcoming space in which we can explore together whatever is troubling you, whether this is the result of a specific event or whether it is an accumulation of stressful life experiences or difficulties going back to earlier life events. I can offer my experience both as a professional, trained to assist people who are uneasy with their lives, and also as a fellow human being who understands what it is like to struggle to overcome the challenges life throws up.
I can offer short-term, goal orientated counselling or more exploratory longer term work, depending on your particular situation and preference.
