WHAT HAPPENS IN COUNSELLING?
Counselling is the clients time and space to explore issues in a safe and confidential environment.
I integrate different methods of counselling tailoring the sessions to the clients individual needs for example..... clients may like to just talk or may want to use art materials, some like to explore their past to discover the underlying issues and some clients like to work on future goals.
