My consulting rooms are based at Loose Meadows Clinic in Maidstone and 55 Old Broad Street, City of London EC2M1RX.
I have worked at Godden Green Private psychiatric Clinic in Sevenoaks as a therapist/ addiction therapist additionally I have worked at the heart of Kent Hospice as a bereavement counsellor and Swaleside Prison as a therapist.
I have in depth knowledge and experience of various issues including working with couples families and children. I have also worked in schools counselling children.
My theoretical approach is integrative and I trained initially as a humanistic counsellor. My work is underpinned by psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural therapy. T.A and Gestalt.
The main aim is to meet my clients unique individual needs when assessing them for therapy. I am a recognized provider by most health care insurance companies and I have access to consultant psychiatrists if needed, who also refer clients to me along with GPs and word of mouth from previous clients.

I believe that most people need a little help and support at times. and l am passionate about enabling clients to make changes and explore their issues to bring them to some kind of understanding and conclusion.
I have a flexible appointment system and believe to gain the full benefit of therapy and counselling you will need to come regular. Here at Loose Meadows we have a full Addictions Programme.

My fees for Individual therapy are £60- £100
Couples £80.
Families £100
Group work £50 per person.

Supervision £40
Training for companies negotiable.

I have extensive experience In group work, individual therapy and childredn and families. I have experience and trainning in trauma and post traumatic stress disorder. personality disorders. Depression, Anxiety, Addictions, Phobia's Bereavement, Domestic Viloence, Abuse of all kinds. I also offer a personnal development programme which is tailored to meet the individuals needs and expectaions.
