The reasons for seeking counseling are varied, many feel lost, confused or stuck in a rut. We are all unique and as such have different needs. I am an experienced Integrative counsellor, which means I work with different models so I can tailor counselling to meet your needs.I am registered with BACP and work to their code of ethics; working one to one with adults children and young people and couples, on short or long term basis. I know it is hard to make that first appointment, however it is important to us both as it will enable us to get to know each other, a good trusting relationship is essential for effective therapy. I endeavor to provide a safe place where you can feel supported and respected enabling you to explore your issues without judgment. Together we can decide the best way forward to enable you to reach your desired outcomes. This might include exploring past experiences including the many relationships you have formed throughout your life, focusing on a specific issue or exploring the present.
