I am based in the south side of Glasgow, and offer a relaxing, comfortable, and entirely confidential environment. There is ample parking and there are good public transport links. I consult until 6.30pm, Monday-Thursday.
I offer a warm, supportive and professional service. My appproach is person-centred, but includes other elements, such as Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Solution-focused therapy.
The most important element for me is creating an empathetic relationship of trust, which allows my clients to feel comfortable exploring and working through their issues.
