About me

I am a fully accredited psychotherapist who can offer counselling to adults and young people in my private practice based in Aldridge, Walsall.

Fully UKCP accredited since 2011.

I work with individuals and couples on a variety of issues on a short and long term basis.

I can offer appointments Monday to Friday daytime and early evening Monday to Thursday and Saturday mornings; offering face to face, phone and online sessions.
I have experience working within the NHS, having worked in the Primary Care Trust with referrals from GP's.

Have worked substantially for commercial businesses to assist employees with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and bereavement, alongside my work in private practice.  Debrief after critical incident onsite.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have completed training at The Sherwood Institute in Nottingham of a 4 year MA in Humanistic Person-Centred course and have attained full accreditation with the UKCP.

MA in Humanistic Person-Centred Psychotherapy (June 2010).
