Profile

I have practised as a counsellor for the past eight years and have provided counselling support to individuals and couples. I am able to offer a confidential support in a safe and comfortable environment. First appointments will be offered free of charge and are available during the daytime and early evening.

I have practised as an Infertility Counsellor for 7 years and am a member of the British Infertility Counselling Association
I have worked as with children and adolescents (7 -18 years) for 3 years.
I have experience working on Employment Assistance Programmes, in particular, with clients suffering post traumatic stress disorder.
My background is in mental health social work and I have an enhanced CRB check.

Fees

First appointment offered free of charge
£35 standard fee for individuals.
£45 for couples

Further Information

I have a wide range of counselling experience gained through many years of practice in different settings. I have a Person Centered Philosophy but through my training as an Integrative Counsellor, am able to apply different counselling approaches (in particular CBT) to help clients overcome problems and achieve their goals.
