Profile

I offer face to face counselling in my own premises just outside Dudley Town centre, and work Integrative/Eclectic, which means that I can work in a unique individual way with each person, utilising skills from different counselling theories, depending on the person.
We work together but at your pace, working through your feelings, thoughts or behaviour.
We decide together, in our first meeting, if counselling is for you, if so how many sessions you might need, how often you need to see me (weekly etc).

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I hold a Foundation Degree in Integrative Counselling from Leicester University, completed Cruse bereavement training, working with Domestic Abuse Survivors training, working with Substance misusers training, am a member of BACP and abide by their code of ethics. I have a background in teaching and also as a Careers Advisor. I work as a counsellor with children, and adolescences as well as adults and hold an enhanced CRB check.
