Profile

As an experienced and qualified therapist, I give you the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of yourself in a supportive and confidential setting. However challenging life may seem at times, I believe that each of us has the potential to manage our lives in a way that is satisfying and fulfilling.

As a humanistic psychotherapist, my approach is tailored to the individual, and is underpinned by my belief that we are all unique, and have the right to be accepted and appreciated for who we really are.

I work with individuals on all issues including depression, stress, anxiety and anger management. I also have specialist training and experience in supporting individuals who are survivors of violence, trauma or abuse and those experiencing symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

I have private practices in Angel Islington. Clapham Junction and Chelmsford. I also work as a trauma recovery counsellor with the Women and Girls Network.  I bring to my practice over 9 years of management experience in the social care sector.

My rates are £45 per 60 minute session.
