Profile

I am a humanistic psychotherapist, and bring to my practice over 9 years of management experience in the social care sector.

Counselling and psychotherapy give you the opportunity to develop a deeper relationship with yourself in a supportive and confidential setting.
However challenging life may seem at times, I believe that each of us has the potential to manage our lives in a way that is satisfying and fulfilling.

My approach is tailored to the individual, and is underpinned by my belief that we are all unique, and have the right to be accepted and appreciated for who we really are.

I have private practices in Angel Islington and Clapham Junction, and also work with the Women and Girls Network.
I work with all issues, and have particular experience in supporting individuals who are survivors of violence or abuse, and recovery from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

I began my personal development at Spectrum, Centre for Humanistic Psychotherapy in 2001.

I continue my personal and professional development at Spectrum Training, a registered organisation accredited by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy.

Fees

My rates are £40 per hourly session.
I am pleased to offer a discount to voluntary sector and NHS staff.
