About me

The today’s world we live in, life is full of up and downs. We are either too busy working, or busy going round in circles not achieving any satisfaction deserve. As such, it is difficult to make sense of what is going on within us and find ourselves feeling depressed, anxious or finding life less meaningful.

I hereby introduce myself as a professional counsellor, specialising in different counselling approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapist for Couples by Dr Sue Johnson, EFT in short. I am
registered with the International Centre for Exellence for Emotionally Focused  Therapy-ICEEFT. I help couples understand their attachment needs and their negative cycle they find themselves  trapped in. This maybe the root cause of their distress in their relationships.

It is not about whose the 'bad  guy' or the 'enemy' in the relationship. It's about how you feel about each other and within yourselves. Not only will I help you see positives and strengths in your relationship, but will also help you secure a safe attachment bond.

I also specialise in Person Centred Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Brief Focused Solution Therapy. Other services that I provide are personal life issues management or general life coaching. I am registered and hold full membership with the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).

I work in a secure and comfortable location in the centre of Preston dealing with Clients on an individual basis, couples or groups of up to 12 people. My modes of counselling are Face to Face, Online / E-mail or by Telephone. I expect that these services will inspire and be of benefit to Clients who would like to work with me. I deal with different presenting problems from ages between 18 to 65 years plus. I am happy to make alternative arrangements where this is necessary.

I am looking forward to hearing from you to make an appointment with me. I charge half price for the first assessment which lasts about an hour.
