Teresa Lewis is accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and registered with the United Kingdom Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (UKRCP). Teresa qualified as a counsellor in 1995 and holds a Masters degree in counselling and psychotherapy. She has held lecturing posts specialising in counselling and has been responsible for the training and professional development of literally hundreds of counsellors in Wolverhampton and the West Midlands. Teresa is also a qualified adult educator and holds registration with the Institute for Learning (IFL). As a recognized expert in her field Teresa is frequently asked to review and endorse counselling and psychotherapy books for international publishing houses. She also regularly features in the press where she is asked to comment on areas such as stress, relationships and other psychological and emotional issues.
THE PRACTICE
Teresa is the founder and Director of Lewis Psychology CIC, which is a Wolverhampton counselling and wellbeing practice. The building, Berrington Lodge, was originally built in 1866 by renowned architect George Bidlake. It has been renovated to an exceptionally high standard and hosts cellular air conditioned rooms, a private waiting area and free off road car parking.
AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES
Lewis Psychology CIC’s head office is based in Wolverhampton but counselling services can also be accessed at GP surgeries, business premises and other venues by arrangement.
HOW TO FIND LEWIS PSYCHOLOGY CIC
* By car: Lewis Psychology CIC is on Tettenhall Road (A41) approximately a half a mile from Wolverhampton town centre. Soroptimist House is to the left and the Shell garage to the right.
* By bus: If you are travelling via public transport Lewis Psychology CIC is on the 501 bus route from Wolverhampton bus station. You will need to get off the bus on Tettenhall Road just before the Shell garage. The bus stop is directly outside Soroptimist House.
* By foot: Approximately a 15 minute walk from Wolverhampton city centre.

Fees
£40 for counselling (50 minutes)
£40 for cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) (50 minutes)
£45 for couple counselling or relationship counselling (50 minutes)
£40 for counselling supervision (1 hour)
£40 for mentoring / coaching supervision (1 hour)
Lewis Psychology CIC have a limited busary available and as such are able to offer reduced fee counselling to people on benefits. To be eligible you must live in Wolverhampton (WV1 to WV11 postcodes).
Fees are payable by cash or cheque. Cheques are payable to: Lewis Psychology CIC.
