Welcome to our company profile, exploring U counselling is a new generation professional counselling service offering tailor made therapy/counselling sessions to suit a wide range of different individual's needs.

We have a small professional counselling team who are qualified and work within the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, (BACP) framework for good practice. www.bacp.co.uk

Our counselling team engage in (CPD) Continual Professional Development, have full insurance as well as receiving monthly supervision.

Our counsellors use a wide range of well developed skills and knowledge which can include Psychodrama as well as Art therapy and other creative therapies.

exploring U counselling is committed to offering the highest standards of Counselling and believes that the client will always know themselves better than anyone else. Therefore, we will work alongside our clients always offering a safe, calm environment in which to facilitate exploration and growth.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

Glenda Roberts (MBACP) is a professional counsellor, she has worked for almost 6 years with people who have sustained a serious trauma to the brain.

Glenda has a Diploma in Integrative Counselling

Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling Skills

Certificate in Cognitive Rehabilitation

Certificate in Reflective Listening (A Method for Motivating Brain Injured People)

Certificate in Team Leader Development

Glenda has had experience in working with Victims of crime and also with Mind (for better mental health).

As well as running exploring U counselling
Glenda is also working toward accreditation and is a member of the (AIP) Association for Independent Practitioners.
