Glenda D Roberts (STRC)(MBACP)(Accred)(AIP) Director of exploringU counselling she is an Accredited Psychotherapist, and a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy, she is also a member of the Association of Independent Practitioners, and is also a registered Psychotherapist recognised with PruHealth to be a provider of Counselling/Psychotherapy to clients with a PruHealth Policy. Glenda is a recognised Bupa Provider for Counselling/Psychotherapy
Glenda is the founder of exploringU counselling, who runs and oversees the professional counselling/psychotherapy service as well as the professional rehabilitation service, she is a supervisor and is an Accredited member of the BACP for good practice.
Karen Ball (MBACP)(Accred) )(BSc Hons)Psychotherapist Supervisor
she is an Accredited Psychotherapist, and a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy, as well as an experienced Supervisor
Sharon Kendall (MBACP)(FdA) Psychotherapist
Sharon qualified in 2013 as an Integrative counsellor, and went on to gain a qualification in Acquired Brain Injury (Trauma) Sharon works with clients on the Autistic Spectrum as well as working with many another issues.
ZoeTolman (MBACP) Psychotherapist
Zoe qualified in 2012 as a Therapeutic Counsellor and went on to do a further Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling which she completed in 2015. Zoe trained at Water Lane Cottage for Counselling & Psychotherapy, a private counselling agency in Bishops Stortford and she continues to practice there as well as in Saffron Walden.
Zoe works in a client-led way incorporating key concepts from Humanistic, Cognitive and Behavioural, and Psychodynamic approaches to enable her to understand and work effectively with clients. She works with the belief that each client is unique and that they have the answers they are looking for within themselves and her role is facilitate them finding those answers.
Karen Brunning (MBACP) Psychotherapist
Qualified as a counsellor in 2003 with an Advanced Diploma from a BACP accredited course. She continued her studies gaining a Certificate in Art Therapy in 2004 and graduated from university with a degree in Psychology in 2008. Karen describes her approach as Integrative, drawing on a variety of skills and techniques from other models.
Susan Stinchcomb (Psychotherapist)
Susan is a qualified counsellor, Susan works with a wide range of presenting issues, in particularly with behavioural and Health issues, Susan has had considerable experience working with serious trauma and brain injury.

exploringU counselling is a well established Professional Counselling /Psychotherapy Organisation, our centre is based in Sudbury's Town Centre (Suffolk) Bury St Edmunds (Suffolk) Saffron Walden (Essex) and also from Cambridge (Salus Centre)
Also offering supervision to Therapists and carers & provide (ABI) Acquired Brain Injury Training to counsellor/psychotherapist, occupational therapists. This training is for anyone who would like to gain a better understanding in brain injury.
We provide counselling/psychotherapy in: Saffron Walden Essex, Castle Hedingham Essex, Sudbury Suffolk, Suffolk, Harold Wood, Essex, Cambridge each within walking distance from the train station and town centre.
