My practice is relational and person-centred, a steady, safe place to explore what matters to you. We will follow your direction - maybe a practical issue which needs sorting now, or an event in the past, or using your dreams to cast light on where you are.

I meet regularly with a supervisor to make sure that my work is ethical and effective, but our discussions will not identify you as a client.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have a Diploma in Integrative Counselling.

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and working towards accreditation.

    Further Information

    My background? From landscape design and gardening, I changed direction, and have since worked in the areas of stress, relationship difficulty, domestic abuse, young people and behaviour difficulties and parenting problems. I have an MSc in Evidence-Based Social Intervention, with a focus on mentoring.
